Art meets art in this wonderful collaboration between Elegant Clutter and Curio Collection by Hilton Kensington. Just as every Curio hotel is designed to be a masterpiece, every piece of our art is created to ignite curiosity.
The Kensington project began with some extensive research, before uncovering some very fitting themes. Inspired by local architecture, historic Kensington residents and the Natural History Museum, we created one of our most extensive artwork packages.
Nearly 1,000 artworks represent everything from Darwin and Oscar Wilde, to Victorian botanicals and antique exploration maps. Our ongoing collaboration with the Natural History Museum Images also enabled access to etchings, paintings and prints from their archives.
From the eclectic artworks to the sympathetic framing techniques, every element is carefully considered, adding to the grandeur of this historic hotel.
