We are launching the Art Story Student Open Instagram competition to support emerging artists affected by the pandemic. 

Calling all students…We recognise that over the last 12 months Art students have had limited access to facilities and resources due to Covid-19 restrictions. We have created an amazing opportunity to kick-start your artistic career and an accessible platform for you to showcase your artwork.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿:

All Art & Design students at any level and recent graduates.


  • Representation by Art Story as an Artist Collaborator
  • 12-month Mentoring with industry experts
  • Free framing of an artwork of your choice
  • Ten free prints of your winning artwork

  • Follow @artstory.co.uk on Instagram
  • Tag your art friends in the comments below               
  • Create an artwork that represents your style on the theme of: Joy-All mediums and disciplines are welcome. Get creative.
  • Post your artwork onto Instagram using #tellyourartstory 
  • please include your name, age and where you study/studied
  • Tag us @artstory.co.uk into your post so we are notified of your entry


Competition will close Midday Friday 16th April 2021.

Winners will be announced via @artstory.co.uk on Monday 19th April 2021

  • Entry to the competition is restricted to a maximum of 3 entries per person, please.

  • The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
